This is basically a rip-off of Al Mac's breakfast buffet at the same price. The food was gross. Service was terrible. Some hotels offer better breakfast for free...
Service was garbage and the food was trash bacon over cooked and the eggs were watery and the manager is very rude to customers
Food was horrible, drinks are $3.50-$5 for coffe, bottled water, juice and milk and they are told not to inform you about this when you order. They refuse to give you tap water, and I do believe that is illegal. Manager was rude and angry and all in all I'd give it minus 5 stars if I could. The only good thing was the waitress, she was polite and nice. Don't go there.
The meal was hot and tasted okay but not a lot of selection and $5 for an orange juice! Better to go a few blocks and visit another place that advertises same price. I felt ripped off. I stayed at the Hilton and had a coupon for the buffet I had the day before. Tea and OJ were free there and far more selection. As it ended up, I spent the same amount but got so so much less for it. I regret not going back there, but I didn't know I'd spend just as much on juice as the poor selection of meal. I wish I'd walked out.
Staff was very friendly. Food was ok. I feel like there could be a little more cleanliness. Birds were landing on outdoor syrup bottles and such.
Food was better than ever and the staff just as awesome.
service is great, staff all so friendly, food is not bad at all for $6.99 all you can eat is a great price, pancakes are amazing everytime. Coffee taste great, free refills after you purchase the first cup.Me and my fiancé have came by here twice to eat, and yet to have anything to complain about. Keep up the great service, thank you for having us. we enjoy breakfast there very much. TB,
Food was all waaaay over cooked and it appears the buffet was the only option. My wife found a hair in between. The 2 pancakes she picked up off the line. Only bottled water, tea, coffee and juice available for beverages. Not worth the cheap price tag.
Very good breakfast, it was an all u can eat but had all the key componants
Country Chalet Restaurant. Buffet breakfast, food only which is only CAD$7.99. unlimited coffee but additional CAD$6. Nice services
Not much to say really. The buffet was small with few options, the food was like warm at best, the staff herded customers to a very tight grouping around the front door instead of utilizing more space with all the empty tables through the back. And the drinks..... The drinks, wow. Nothing but coffee is refillable, and they charge you an arm and a leg for each small glass. My husband choked when the waitress told us how much any t her orange juice would be. I 4th no it was 6.99??!! We went without the refill. They have a small price for the food, but you get what you pay for. Unhappy and will not be returning.
Not clean; too expansiveWater bottle 4$Coffee 3.5$Orange juice 4$Huge dish of eggs for 2 : 16$At the end I regreted not have a good cup of coffee with the best restaurant with a view on the falls with the same price
The food is nasty 🤢 The eggs are discusting. There are super nice hotel with super nice restaurant but this one "7,99" where you have to pay for water is horrible! Now I understand why is it so cheap💀
7$ for a simple breakfast WITHOUT drinks. Yes, the drink costs extra. No Cornflakes for kids. Service was nice, but I wont come here again. My 8 year old kid had nothing else but just 1 pancake and had to pay the full amount. Its NOT worth it!
Waiting forever, ignored by staff, finally they sit you down and don’t even bring a menu or anything, after begging for service the food ends up being absolutely horrible. Save yourself the pain and go literally anywhere else
Over expensive water only comes in bottle and $3.00 for one. Milk $3.99 for small cup. Cup of coffee $5.99 im up loaded a picture of my receipt. Food not bad just had 6 or 8 types of food. I would not come back. Plus we were told we can not drink of bottle of water we got out side.
Be Aware, this place Scams You!!! It’s a Trap!!!- $5 charge for a glass of juice, and they don’t inform you when you order- food are not fresh- plates are dirty, with sticky food crumbs unwashed off- fruits are from cheap canned- manager rude and harassing when you question the charge for Juice- don’t follow COVID-19 practicals, no sanitizers I would give -10 stars if I couldStay Away from Place!!!
For 6.99$ you can eat all the eggs and pancakes as you want! Everything else including coffee is extra! The food is ok but on the dry burned side! Its a good deal for a fulfilling breakfast!
For the price, its definitely worth it. They have pretty much everything you can find at your regular Breakfast clubs. The only difference here is, its all you can eat, great tasting food and really affordable for a family/friend trip. The servicers are extremely prompt and friendly. Makes your visit very warm and welcoming. I also notice a lot of families here which is a great atmosphere to be in. Lots of laughter.I do agree there's no breakfast for kids, so it you are traveling with kids, you should consider looking somewhere else.Fyi - Fallsview casino is a 3 minutes walk from this location
I have to give one star that is lowest there is. Food not too bad, but they would not serve me a glass of tap water. They were willing and eager, however, to sell me bottled water for $3.49 + tax. I can buy a whole case for less than that.
Had the breakfast buffet on a Sunday morning. Sure, the food may be "basic", but that's exactly what breakfast should be. The food and coffee tasted good, the staff were friendly, and the prices were far better than anything else in the area.
got served right away, but in july and covid still a thing so not sure how busy it would be normally in peak season on a weekend. buffet was a good price and the food was good quality. felt like i was taken advantage of with no real menus and charged 9.98 for 2 glasses of milk to go along with the buffet. likely wont return.
Love this place we go everytime we are in the falls. Not a huge selection but the foods always good. Never a wait and the staff is lovely, they make all the difference. 10 out of 10.
All you cannot eat for 7.99. Food is extremely bad quality and the customer service is even worse. The staff was rude and careless. This place is a rip off, 7.99 for cold scrambled eggs, ice cold bread and pan cakes. Everything else such as water, coffee, juice, and maybe some politeness is super extra charge. -5 stars if something like that exists.
Decent food, nothing spectacular but reasonably priced for what is offered. Servers were kind and attentive, will make you fresh toast if you ask them. I thought their coffee was quite good.
Best breakfast in Niagara, all you can eat and great staff
Very good place to have breakfast well enough, although there is not much variety like in a buffet but what there is is very rich and for $ 7.99 per person plus all the delicious coffee you can drink 😍☕. The attention of the staff is very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast buffet is the best for the price in the entire area! Great for kids and families who get there on "family time."
If you're staying at the Marriott Fallsview Hotel and Spa ($24 breakfast) you'd be better off coming here for the breakfast buffet ($8.00) and you'll save yourself $16 per person. It's not as big a selection of food, but it's just as good, maybe even better.
There is better the staff themselves could not with good mind tell me the price of coffee by the way is $3.50 for a small cup unlimited refills but still. And $5 for a small glass of orange juice. The food was barely palatable. The best options were the canned fruit and the potatoes. The boiled eggs were unpeelable and the rest isn't worth mentioning. Check out the flying saucer it's a much better option.
The worst breakfast in the universe. First the quality of the food was garbage. Number 2, how dare they charge $5.00 for juice and $3.50 for coffee. The nerve of them not giving water to customers. You have to pay $3.50 for bottled water. Don’t waste your time.
Food was really good! Great staff...yes drinks are expensive but coffee is unlimited refills
Just ate here this morning. I'd say the reviews are bang on and I wish I'd read them before I went. Sure, it's only $7.99 but no drinks are included- not even water! I ordered a coffee and asked for a glass of water and was told they won't bring me a glass of water, I have to buy a bottle of water! So much for saving the planet. I get how coffee and juice are extra, but I've never been told I had to pay for water before! But the food was not too bad and the service was good as others have said. We appreciated being told honestly that orange juice was $4.50 each when we ordered it so we didn't have sticker shock when we got the bill. If you want cheap and no frills and can eat a meal without any liquids, this is the place for you. Once you buy coffee you get free refills at least.
When I was a kid, my dad would call places like this a "greasy spoon", but in a good way because it isn't commercialized or hyped with marketing. Bottom line it's simple, cheap and good eats. All the favorites are there, well made and presented in a simple manner. The staff make this place great with their sunny disposition and attentiveness. Sure you have to splurge for drinks but hey, what more can you ask for in a place that can offer an all you can eat for $7.99, which is VERY cheap, compared to the overly expensive and poor quality options in the immediate area? I give this place a great rating because they deserve it!
Price is great. Food is perfect for the price. Well worth it.
They offer breakfast buffet for 7.99 but they charge for the coffee. Food was ok. Nothing to rave about
Nice lol place. Everyone speaks to everyone and is very friendly. Food is great. Definitely stopping back when we are up that way again.
36 dollars for 2 plates of garbage.... We took 2 bites each and were out of there in 5 mins. If you want water its better to just stick your hand out at the falls because it's about 4$ for a bottle here. If you like wasting money I highly recommend this place. 🤢
I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Gross! For a decent meal in this area at a good price, go to the buffet in the casino.
Prices of drinks at $3 to 4 even for water. Bacon was over cooked and rubbery. Sausage, pancakes and french toast was okay. They charged $8 for a 4 year old that only ate half a bowl of fruit. Find somewhere else to go.
Don't waste your money. $5.00 for a small glass of milk and $3.50 for a bottle of water or a coffee. Limited options and food was OK at best. Definitely will not be going back there. What a rip off!! Service by the waitress was good though.
7.99 good greasy breakfast'!! Within walking distance of the hotels and their overpriced restaurants!
Worst place to have breakfast in niagara flies flying around. Food not tasty rude staff
You know for what you get, on a budget, it's pretty darn good. We enjoyed the service and the food. Warning do not eat on the balcony in the warmer weather as you'll be attacked by the birds.
Decent food. Nothing fancy but the price reflects that. Has the staples. The waitress we had (long black hair, young) was very attentive, went above and beyond.
Although I’ve never been to prison, I imagine they serve higher quality food than this. The only decent thing to happen while we were there was our server warning us ahead of time that juice and milk was $5.00 a glass. The scrambled “eggs” definitely did not come from a carton, and maybe not even a chicken. The bacon was closer to beef jerky, and the French toast was gag worthy. You get what you pay for.
Quick and dirty breakfast buffet. Tottaly a budget place. Save money here so you can spend more gambling.
